Unique deep forged shaft is the most durable in it's class, is stiff for efficient energy transfer and fitted with sticky rubber grip. Adjustable "trigger" finger rest customizes the fit and feel and can be set for different hand sizes or the type of gloves you choose. Serrated "hedgehog" traction teeth at top of shaft, under head and at base of handle aid stability on all terrain - from fat ice falls to window pane ice and rock edges. "B" rated pick is also hot forged with extra thickness at the head and a taper - to 3mm at the tip - for maximum strength and minimum ice displacement. .
