PETZL IRVIS CRAMPONS - T03A
Designed for snow and glacial travel the 10 point IRVIS provides peace of mind and traction for non-technical routes, treks and ski tours and is perfect for ascending early season passes on the PCT. The semi-rigid design flexes a bit with softer boots for a more natural gait and is extremely versatile. Mid and rear points are angled at 45 degrees for good traction and braking power going up or down hills and front points are tapered to penetrate snow easily with each stride. Length adjustment is tool-less and fast in support of your choice of footwear and also suggests the possibility of sharing crampons with a partner - who might, in turn reciprocate with a rope and belay. The FLEXLOCK is secure on approach shoes, moon boots... and everything in between. Can be used on Tele Boots with accessory TELEMARK TOE BALE. Extra long CONNECTING BAR required for sz 11 (45) and above. ANTI SNOW PLATE included.
