CLIP-SAFE double wing, stainless steel bolt hanger has a 8mm rolled radius bearing surface and is the only bolt hanger that is friendly to both carabiners and ropes. Particularly good for placements in gyms, on steep routes and roofs that have potential for direct outward loading and great for use on projects and at cruxes that may require multiple falls or retreats. The lightweight CLIP-SAFE's double strong design provides extra resistance to carabiners accidentally unclipping themselves due to rope whiplash or cross loads that may be encountered during a fall. CLIP-SAFEs have no sharp edges and therefore won't dings or gouge your 'biners! Use in pairs and place at least 8" apart for rappel anchors to assure smooth and easy rope retrieval.
