PETZL CHARLET VASAK CRAMPONS - T05
Designed for traditional mountaineering and glacial
travel the VASAK provides both comfort for walking
and plenty of power for technical climbing - steep
snow, ice gulleys... and even out of crevasses.
The VASAKs semi-rigid design flexes a bit for
a more natural gait and is extremely versatile
- and can be used on and boot - from semi-flexible
hiking to your fully stiff mountain boots. Length
adjustment is tool-less and fast in support of
your choice of footwear and also suggests the
possibility of sharing crampons with a partner
(on some climbs). One of the VASAKs bindings is
sure to work best for you: Choose the lightweight
SpirLock for boots with a heel welt; The FlexLock
for approach shoes, moon boots... and everything
in between; the LeverWire for micro adjust fit
on welted ice boots and the LeverLock for ease
& simplicity on triple expedition boots or
for lightweight mountain boots cut close without
a toe welt. Extra long CONNECTING BAR required
for sz 11 (45) and above.
