Mammut Alpine Dry 8
Half and Twin Ropes
Clip together or alternately as needed
for your choice of rock, ice, mixed and alpine
climbs where the route demands increased durability
- had by the ALPINE's thicker protective sheath.
The ALPINE DRY 8 is also rated with a massive
number of double rope falls and keeps impact forces
relatively low when alternating clips. This is
particularly useful when placing a wide variety
of gear on trad routes and questionable placements
that may be had on ice climbs and mountain routes.
Count on full length rappels, easy belaying and
expanded pendulum options. UIAA Dry Standard is
greatly exceeded by Mammut's internal and external
treatment that guarantees to absorb less than
1.5% of it's total weight. Firm and smooth handlig,
Teflon coating and dual permanent middle marks
standard. Bluesign Certified manufacture in Czech
Republic. 30M length is best for glacial travel
and crevasse rescue. FREE Rope Bag - on the House!
